Spend an evening being guided through an embodiment practice of movement, feminine breath work, and visualization… You will leave feeling spacious, clear nurtured, and grounded, with new women friends, and a reverence for the power of sitting together with who are devoted to amplifying love and conciousness through their own practices. Just yourself, your open heart, and clothing you feel comfy moving in. If you feel called, I recommend bringing an object you can place on the altar to infuse with the loving energy of the circle. A small throw is helpful too!
